A versatile recitalist praised for her skills as both actress and singer, Ms. Rambelle has performed song repertoire that spans 400 years:  from the Baroque music of Henry Purcell to the Romantic lieder of Clara Schumann and Brahms, and into the present day with the songs of Ives, Argento, and Libby Larsen.

Marian’s appearances also include recordings and nationally-televised broadcasts with Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops, singing backup for the Andy Williams Christmas Show, and performing at the United Nations headquarters in New York in the worldwide live choral Ode to Joy finale of the 1998 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremonies.  Marian holds degrees from Cornell University (Engineering) and the Longy School of Music (Opera Performance).
