A mezzo-soprano praised for her warm, rich voice, Marian Rambelle is a versatile singer who performs as a soloist in opera, oratorio, musical theater, and recital in periods spanning the Baroque through Contemporary.  She has collaborated with companies such as Opera Boston, Opera Providence, New England Light Opera, Longwood Opera, Fiddlehead Theater Co., and the Reagle Players, as well as orchestras and choruses in New England.

Some of her recent opera credits include La Suora Zelatrice in Suor Angelica, the Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors, Hansel in Hansel and Gretel, Zozo in The Merry Widow, Cecily in Pasatieri's contemporary American opera La Divina, and the world premiere of Garzilli's Michelangelo.  At the composer's invitation, she created the role of Jo in a studio recording of Jeff Flaster's The Secret of Success
